Slider Pipe
The pipe consists of three parts with different material, the base flange manufactured by S355J2+N, intermediate pipe uses SA516M Gr485 and top block uses S355J2G3, the pipe as the support of cutter applies on the tunnel boring machine work in extremely harsh environment, which withstand 400Mpa impact force, thus, very high requirement for weld seam is needed and validated.
