Dual Transmission Shaft

The dual transmission shaft is made by 18CrNiMo7-6 forged, the general manufacture steps as following:

1. Material certificate inspection,

2. Mechanical properties test for raw material,

3. Forged and ultrasonic test (EN10228-3) class 3,

4. Pre-turning according to drawing, and remaining decent clearance,

5. Heat treatment to make the mechanical properties to reach the target value,

6. Mechanical properties, ultrasonic test and hardness test for the accompany specimen,

7. Semi-fine machining for the tooth and fine machining for the rest,

8. Carburization, check the required values of hardness and hardening depth,

9. Milling of tooth, and carry out of liquid penetrate test,

10. Full dimension inspection including tooth profile inspection by gear test center,  

11. Protection and package class depend on store environment /period and transport way,

12. Documentation archive and copy to client.
